Buschmann Bender Set

The new Buschmann Bender Set includes the Perfect Bender XL-150, the Pocket Bender, and the Disc Bender L.

The Perfect Bender XL-150 is used for bending up to 100° degrees, an insertion depth from 5-150mm, and a material thickness up to 1mm. The bender has a double guide and a handle special for flashing and double standing seam profile. The rolls are easily exchangeable, making it possible to change the radius from 0.7mm to 2.0mm, which is better suited for bending soft materials like zinc, aluminium, copper, etc..

The Pocket Bender is especially useful for bending corners, up to 100° degrees, insertion depth 5-50mm, material thickness up to 0.8mm. This bender makes bending in the corner possible. Precise manufacturing techniques offer a long-lasting and superb performing tool. This bender also comes with exchangeable rolls.

The Disc Bender Single L is used for bending from 90-180° degrees, insertion depth from 8-48mm, material thickness up to 1mm, easy handling, perfect glide and bending features. The disc is now removable and 30% lighter.

The special red handle is only available with this Bender Set and makes it possible to use the Disc Bender as a freehand roller.
