The Buschmann Double Falz Seamer is the perfect hand-held machine for effortlessly seaming single and double lock 1”–1.5” standing seams in one operation. Compact and lightweight, this seamer comes in a durable military-grade case for easy transport and protection. Because the seamer sits on top of the seam, it can accommodate any seam height as long as the maximum profile width of 13 mm (½”) is maintained. The open housing design also allows you to easily monitor the seaming process while working.
If only single-stage seaming is required, simply remove the fourth (4) and fifth (5) rollers and you’re ready to begin seaming.
For easy identification, the fourth (4) roller is marked in gold, while the fifth (5) roller is marked red.

If you’ve ever seamed double lock panels with an anvil by hand, or even with multi-stage seamers like the 2 in 1 from Biegetec, the Double Falzseamer from Buschmann is practically magical. The setup took just a few minutes and the tool moved easily along the panels closing the full double lock in a single pass. The investment will pay for itself on our first project with it.

This seamer works great for me.
It is much lighter than any corded seamer and seams much faster as well.
It also does a really nice job and adjusting the pressure on the seam is fast ,easy, and requires no tool.
