Herburger Profiling Machine – Profil Profi PP3000

Herburger profiling machine “Profil Profi PP3000” is the industrial model for series production, fully automatic machine and profiling system for profile manufacturers/profilers.

The fully automatic machine for industrial production:

• Sliding window cover (with safety switch)
• Electric roller shears for cross-cutting before profiling
• Speed regulation via potentiometer from 0-15 m/min
• Adjustable slitting knife for adapting coulters – simple operation
• Siemens control for number of pieces and length preselection

• Galvanized / galvanized coated: up to 0.7mm
• Aluminium, copper, zinc: up to 0.8mm
• Stainless steel ROOF-INOX / Uginox: up to 0.6mm
