Buschmann Falz Bender

The Buschmann Falz Bender is a mechanical lock seam profile bender set for male and female profiles.

As the first product of its kind on the market, the Falz Bender system is designed to dramatically improve efficiency by creating two or even three folds in a single operation. This allows you to fully prepare profiles for installation in one step, saving valuable time on the job site.

Ideal for smaller jobs and complex detailing, the Falz Bender is a practical alternative to large profiling machines. It produces clean, high-quality bends without waves or folds, while minimizing material stretching during profiling. The result is straighter profiles with less tension in the metal, helping reduce the risk of roof curling compared to traditional profiling methods.

The set includes dedicated tools for upper and lower seam profiles, making it easy to create accurate standing seam profiles quickly and consistently. It also excels in applications where larger machines struggle, such as narrow triangles, irregular shapes, and other complex profiles that require on-site flexibility.

Designed with portability in mind, the Falz Bender allows you to bring your workshop directly to the construction site. Lightweight and easy to transport, this set offers maximum flexibility for mobile work, with one tool weighing approximately 6 kg and the other just 4 kg.
