This genoa corduroy guild vest “Emil” is a traditional guild waistcoat with built-in kidney protection and an extended back that effectively shields against cold and wind. Crafted from classic Trenker corduroy outer material — a durable corduroy designed to last for years — it offers dependable comfort and protection in cooler conditions. The back is made from the same heavy-duty fabric as the front for consistent durability throughout.
Designed with a loose, straight cut, “Emil” provides full freedom of movement thanks to its specially shaped neckline and armholes. Two adjustable back buckle straps allow for a customized fit.
Featuring a traditional double-breasted, eight-button design with imitation mother-of-pearl buttons, this waistcoat includes two open outer pockets and one secure inside pocket with a Velcro fastener. Constructed with extremely robust seams and reinforced using the Ascolite button-wrapping system, Emil is built for long-lasting performance and reliability on the job.
