FHB Softshell Winter Jacket MIKA

This FHB softshell winter jacket “Mika” combines a sporty fit with dependable weather protection and ergonomic comfort for demanding work environments. Designed to move naturally with the body, the jacket features an ergonomic cut with slightly pre-shaped sleeves that follow the body’s natural posture. It’s comfortable fit allows unrestricted movement, even when worn over a sweatshirt or midlayer.

Longer sleeves and an extended back provide additional coverage and protection when reaching, bending, or kneeling—especially useful during colder weather.

Built for wet and windy conditions, the jacket features waterproof outer fabric with a 10,000 mm water column and fully taped seams to prevent water penetration. The breathable construction (5,000 g/m²/24h) allows moisture to escape, helping you stay dry and comfortable throughout the day, while the windproof design offers reliable protection against harsh weather.

For a secure fit, the hem can be adjusted using a drawstring with stoppers, while the cuffs feature adjustable Velcro tabs. Concealed knitted cuffs and storm flaps provide additional protection against cold air.

The jacket includes two zippered side pockets with durable pocket linings, a waterproof zip chest pocket, and a secure inner zip pocket for practical storage. A full-length front zipper from YKK ensures smooth operation and features an extended pull for easy handling while wearing gloves. The zipper also includes a soft, non-slip interior grip and a chin guard (zipper garage) to prevent irritation.

A full-length storm flap covers the front zipper for added wind protection, while the adjustable hood with peak and high-closing storm collar help shield against rain and wind. The hood can be adjusted to suit your field of vision and is roomy enough to fit comfortably over a hat or additional hood layer.
