MASC Notching Tool

MASC Notching Tool for profile cassettes and chimney stack coping and is a basic notching tool. Precision tool for simultaneous notching and punching (marking) 80% time-saving – 100% fitting accuracy. Enables easy and rational assembly of cases, profiles and window sills out of copper, zinc, aluminium, Uginox, etc. Chimney stack coping V2A 0.6 mm

Aluminium: up to 0.8mm
Copper: up to 0.8mm
Zinc: up to 0.7mm
Steel (Uginox): up to 0.5mm

A wide range of special blades for the notching tool enables fast, repeatable production of various cut profiles. Additional profiles available upon request.

Available blades:

• Blade set 90° closed diagonal: for 90° notches closed bevelled
• Blade set 90º angled closed for notches: for notching tool up to 45º roof pitch
• Blade set 90º angled/half open: for notches for notching tool up to 45º roof pitch
• Blade set for window sill: for window sill notches
• Half-round blade set: for half-round notches
• Half-round blade set special: for semi-circular notches on left-hand profile shares
• Customized blade set: for customer specific special solutions

MASC S10 notching unit- integrated in S10 table and cutting system:

• Unit for creating a professional eaves termination (90º or semi-circular) on the under- and overlap
• Device for mounting either one or two MASC notching tools with hand tool directly on the S10 cutting or work table, 1.0m or 1.25m wide
• Continuous adjustment of the share width
• Variable for belt feed from the left or right
• Suitable for notching tool with hand-held device and various blades

MASC S10 notching unit:

• Frame for mounting either one or two MASC notching tools in the hand-held device

• Solid, tilt-proof frame
• Can be docked to the left or right of a worktable
• Suitable for notching tool with hand-held device and various blades
