Draco Multi Bender 200 Set “Rol-Bender”

The Draco Multi Bender 200 is a lightweight, portable, manually operated device designed for beading sheet metal as well as folded or pre-profiled materials. With interchangeable forming rollers, it offers flexibility for a wide range of applications, including trimming.

Depending on the forming roller used, beading or offset depths of up to approximately 3.5 mm can be achieved. (Exact specifications are available in the technical descriptions of each forming roller—see Downloads.)

Manual adjustment of the top roller and integrated side folding wings allow for precise, controlled processing, making it easy to handle complex shapes. The workpiece is guided not only by a stop plate but also by vertically arranged hardened guide rollers and ball bearings, ensuring smooth operation and consistent, repeatable results for recurring workpieces.
