These FHB Trenker corduroy guild trousers “Kai” are classic guild-style work pants made from traditional Trenker-cord corduroy, an exceptionally durable fabric known for its long service life. Designed with a comfortable, loose fit and slightly wider cut through the thighs, they allow excellent freedom of movement, even when carrying tools such as a folding rule in the side pockets.

A wider waistband ensures the trousers stay securely in place while moving and maintains its shape over time. The straight-leg design without flare offers a clean, practical look with a foot width circumference of 48 cm.

The trousers feature knee pad pockets made from durable Trenker-cord, allowing knee pads to be inserted easily from below. When used with compatible knee pads, they meet the requirements for kneeling work according to DIN EN 14404.

Practical storage includes ruler pockets on both sides for quick access to tools, spacious front pockets with wide openings, and a back pocket with button closure. Durable pocket bags made from strong lining fabric provide added reliability, while belt loops are spaced to accommodate FHB Max and Moritz holster pockets.

Built for long-lasting performance, the trousers include reinforced synthetic leather pocket piping, double-stitched pocket corners, and rugged double-stitched seat seams. Extra-wide gold YKK zippers with solid end pieces add additional durability, while tear-resistant thread with a cotton sheath and polyester core ensures dependable strength in demanding work environments.
