Stubai Bavarian style pelican snips with induction-hardened blades and red plastic coated handle. This pelican snip is made from special tool steel and has a smooth cutting edge to prevent serrations on your finished metal. Ideal when working with natural metals (ie. copper, zinc, or aluminum) in order to keep metals from tearing through thermal expansion.

Excellent snips for cutting across coils and other long, straight cuts in up to 24ga steel. The snip passes through the metal with almost no distortion, and leaves a pristine finish on the edges.

if you need long and straight cuts, these are the snips for you.
The hardness is in a different class from the likes of wiss and others, Ive re-sharpened them after cutting through some dirt and this is defiantly some high quality steel.
Also, did a whole roof in 22G. surprisingly cut through easily.
